How do I create a user name/password?
You must complete the Self registration to create your login ID. You must have a user name and password in order to use our Employer Online Services. One user name and password allows you to use all of the Employer Online Services.

How do I create an unemployment account?
New Employer Registration

	1. Create a Wisconsin unemployment account number.
	2. Activate that account number, if one of the liability conditions has been met.
	3. If the account is not activated at the time of registration or you must stop in the middle of the process, be sure to keep the registration number so that you may easily update or continue the registration at a later date. If you misplace the registration number, you will need to start over.
	4. Information you will need about your business you will need for registration Business name, Type Ownership (Corporation, LLC, Sole Proprietorship, etc), FEIN, address, and phone number.

You may file a report for any quarter shown on the screen. First filing dates for each quarter are:
Reporting Quarter File Tax and Wage Reports	1st Quarter Jan-Feb-March Due April 30	2nd Quarter April-May-June Due July 31	3rd Quarter July-Aug-Sept Due Oct 31	4th Quarter Oct-Nob-Dec Due Jan 31

First reporting day	March 10	June 10	September 10	December 10
